1. Check for Updates
Ensure you are using the latest version of BodyFast and that your phone's operating system (iOS/Android) is up to date.

2. Restart & Reinstall
- Make sure you properly registered your account. See How do I register an account?
- Log out of BodyFast and log in again with your email and password.
- Completely close the BodyFast app.
- Restart your phone.
- If the app still crashes, uninstall and reinstall it.
3. Contact Customer Support
If the app still crashes, please reach out to our support team. To help us fix the bug, please include:
- Your device model and OS version (e.g., iPhone 15, iOS 17.4).
- A short description: What were you doing exactly when the crash happened?
- Visuals: Screenshots or a short screen recording are extremely helpful.
