If your water intake isn’t updating correctly in BodyFast, don’t worry, this is usually easy to fix. Follow the steps below to make sure your data stays safe and your app works properly.
💧 Tip: After adding water, give the app a moment to process and save your entry before closing it. Closing too quickly can prevent the update from appearing.
1. Check your registration status
- Open the BodyFast app and go to the Me tab.
- Tap the gear icon in the top right corner.
- If you see a “Create Account” field, you’re currently logged in anonymously. We recommend creating an account to prevent any data loss.
- If your email address is shown, you’re already registered and good to go.
2. Restart and reinstall the app
- Sign out from the BodyFast app. Here's how.
- Close the app completely and restart your phone.
- Uninstall the BodyFast app.
- Reinstall the app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
- Sign in again with your email and password.
3. For Coach users
- Make sure you’re using the same email address that you used to purchase your subscription.
- Check that you’re signed in to the app store with the same email.
- Fill in all your personal data under the Me tab → gear icon → Personal Data.
4. Contact Customer Support
If your water intake still isn’t updating after following these steps, please contact our Customer Support.
Make sure to include:
- Your phone model
- Your operating system and version number
- Any other relevant information
This helps us find the most effective solution quickly.
⚠️ Note: Your tracked water intake resets at midnight and, unlike weight or body measurements, it is not saved long-term in the app.
