In case you cannot access your personal program it might be due to the reason that you are currently logged into a temporary account instead of the one you used to purchase the Coach.


Pease follow my steps to log into your correct account:

  • Click on the "Me" Tab and then on the icon in the top right corner. 
  • Scroll down until you see "Log out" - Please click on it again instead of "Register now". 
  • You will then go to the starting page of the app. At the bottom you will see "I already have an account". From there you will be able to log in with your already existing account. Use here the email address you used to purchase the Coach with as well as the corresponding password.


After that you should be able to start your personal fasting plan.
