Upon successful subscription and registration, your personal program is stored for you in the BodyFast app account created during the purchase process.
In most cases, you are unable to access the BodyFast premium Coach features and manage your subscription due to being logged into the wrong account.
If you set up a new account after downloading the app (by clicking on “Start now”) or have already been a BodyFast user before (= logged into a previous account), you’ll need to switch accounts to be able to access your subscription.
Therefore, please double-check that you're logged in the account that is linked to your Coach subscription.
Here's how:
- Go to the "Me" tab of the app and tap the gear icon in the top right corner to navigate to the app settings.
- Check your account info at the top of the page.
- In case it’s not the account linked to your subscription or an anonymous one, scroll down and tap the "Log out" button.
- You'll be taken back to the starting page of the app. At the bottom, tap "I already have an account".
- From there, log in with the credentials you defined during the purchase process (email + password or social login).
- Forgot your password? Tap “Forgot password?” on the log in screen to define a new one and access your account.

*Please also check your email inbox (and spam folder). The BodyFast welcome emails have been sent to the address that you've provided during the purchase process.
