- Coach Subscription: This is your recurring payment for the personalized fasting program and premium app features.
- Expert Fasting Guide (E-Book): This is a one-time purchase for our comprehensive digital guide. It is a separate product and not included in the standard Coach subscription.
Where is my E-Book?
The guide was sent to you via email after the purchase.
- Check your inbox: Search for "Expert Fasting Guide" or "BodyFast".
- Check spam: Sometimes the delivery email ends up in the spam or "Promotions" folder.
