If your payment was cancelled while subscribing to the Coach in the app, it is usually caused by connection issues or store-related payment settings.
First, please make sure that:
- you have a stable internet connection and
- a valid payment method is set up in your app store account.
- you are signed in to your app store account.
⚠️ Important: Before trying the steps below, make sure your account is properly registered.
If the issue persists, try the following steps:
- Close the app completely and restart it before attempting the purchase again.
- Restart your phone and try again.
- Uninstall and reinstall the app, then repeat the purchase process.
Payments made via app stores are processed directly by the store providers. Therefore, we unfortunately cannot influence these transactions. Please contact your app store’s support team for further assistance. If the problem persists, contact your store’s support team:
- Apple Support for purchases via the Apple App Store
- Google Play Support for purchases via the Google Play Store
They can check your payment status and help you complete the purchase successfully.
