Adjusting Coach plans
You can modify the fasting plans created by the BodyFast Coach for special events or personal preferences.
- It’s recommended to stay close to the original plan, as Coach plans are tailored to your goals and progress.
- You can move fasting periods, add extra periods, or adjust meal times to better fit your day.

Saving your plans
At the end of a week, any plan you followed can be saved as your own custom plan.
- This lets you reuse it later without having to set it up from scratch.
- Over time, you can build a collection of personalized plans that match your routine and goals.
Start from scratch
You can also create a completely new plan from 0:
- Go to the fasting tab, scroll down and click on the pink category “My plans”
- Set your own fasting periods and meal times exactly as you like.
- Once finished, you can save and reuse this plan anytime.
