How can I subscribe to the Coach?

You can subscribe to the BodyFast Coach either directly in the app or via our website. Choose the option that suits you best.

Subscribe via the app

To subscribe through the BodyFast app, follow these steps:

  1. Open the BodyFast app.
  2. Tap on the “Coach” tab.
  3. Choose the subscription option that suits you best.
  4. Follow the instructions shown in your app store to complete the purchase.

Depending on your device, the subscription is processed via the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

Subscribe via our website

You can also subscribe to the Coach directly through our website. Depending on whether you already use the BodyFast app or not, there are two ways to get started.

As an existing app user

If you already have a BodyFast account and don’t have an active subscription yet, you can subscribe directly via our website:

  1. Visit my.bodyfast.app/login.
  2. Log in with the credentials of your existing BodyFast account.
  3. You will be taken directly to the right page, where you can choose between the available subscription options.
  4. Tap on your preferred option to see more details and select your payment method.
  5. Complete the purchase to activate your Coach subscription.

As a new user (via the test)

If you don’t have a BodyFast account yet, you can start with our intermittent fasting test:

  1. Visit my.bodyfast.app.
  2. Complete the short test by answering questions about your starting point, habits, and goals. This helps us tailor a personal plan that fits your needs.
  3. After completing the test, you will land on the page with the available subscription options.
  4. Choose the plan that suits you best, select your payment method, and complete the purchase.

After your purchase, you will be guided step by step through everything that needs to be done to set up your account and start using the app.

💡 Tip: Once your subscription is active, simply log in to the BodyFast app with the same account to access your Coach features on your phone or tablet.
