Standard fasting plans
You can also choose from a selection of standard fasting plans available in the app. These plans follow proven intermittent fasting methods and are a good way to get started.
Each plan has a slightly different focus and fasting structure, so you can pick the one that best fits your daily routine.
Beginner vs. advanced
- Beginners: Shorter fasting periods like 14:10 or 16:8 are usually easier to start with.
- Advanced users: Longer or more varied fasting periods, special programs, or full fasting days help experienced fasters stay challenged and avoid plateaus.
