BodyFast does not offer a start/stop button for fasting periods, as the app is based on a weekly fasting plan approach.
However, you can adjust the times of your fasting periods to fit your personal schedule.
For Coach users
You have even more flexibility:
- You can save your adjusted plan at the end of the week (or create one from scratch in the “My plans” section).
- You can also add a joker day, a fasting-free day, if needed.
This allows you to adapt your fasting schedule while still following the weekly plan structure.
