Sometimes, at the start of a new week, you might notice a gap between your current fasting plan and the new week. This is normal and can be easily fixed.
What to do if the gap has already appeared
Don't worry. Simply add a fasting period in the gap if you'd like, then continue following your new plan as usual.
This ensures your fasting schedule stays consistent, and you can continue building your routine without interruptions.
How to prevent a gap in future
You can merge your current week with the next one by ending your current week early:
- Go to the Fasting tab in the app.
- Tap “Finish week” (available 24 hours before the official end of your current week).
- Choose your new fasting plan (or let the Coach create a new one).
By doing this, the new week will be merged with your current week, and the gap will disappear.
