You can view and manage your fasting plan for the upcoming week directly in the BodyFast app.
- You can choose the new fasting plan and rate your current week 24 hours before it ends.
- Tap the “Finish week” button to finish the current week early.
- The new week you select will then be merged with your current plan.
💡 Helpful tips
- During the current week, you can browse the selectable plans by tapping the three dots at the top right of the fasting clock and choosing “Browse plans”.
For Coach users, the next week of the Coach program cannot be viewed in advance, because it is calculated based on your current week’s ratings and factors such as progress (e.g., changes in weight).
