Intermittent fasting can be integrated into any daily routine because it is not a diet, but much more than that. By fasting, you give your body a break and do something good for it.
We have put together some tips to help you adjust to your new lifestyle:

Follow the recommended coaching program or choose a gentle start yourself, e.g., with 14-10 or 16-8.

Eat nutrient-rich foods and drink plenty (at least 2.5 liters per day).

Measure your body circumferences in addition to your weight.

Keep your stress levels low and make time for balance and relaxation.
