To activate the coach, you must either abort your current fasting week or wait until it is over. Then go to the plan overview and click on "Start coach week".
From then on, individual weeks will be calculated for you based on your personal data, goals and progress.
Each week, the coach creates your personal fasting program and combines it with weekly tasks that match your goals.
You can also choose from over 50 fasting plans and add joker days.
Our latest statistics show that Coach users lose weight 30% faster than users of the free version.
If you can't activate the Coach even though you've finished the current week, it's likely that you're not logged into the app with the same email address as the one you used to purchase the Coach.
Please make sure that you log in to the app with the same address.
