​Hey Sharon,

It's best to weigh yourself only once a week on the same day, at the same time and under the same conditions.

We recommend to do that in the morning before eating and either without clothes or with always the same clothes.

It is also very helpful to measure yourself! Maybe you want to take a look at our blog article (in English language) ;)
