Hi, thanks for your comment.
Those little dots show you the degree of difficulty. The more dots the more difficult the plan. :)

On my day three period I had to quit my fast one hour early so I tried to change my fasting hours but decided not to so I reset the time back to original fast for that day and now it shows a orange line thru that day. What does that mean?
