You might notice that a fasting week in BodyFast sometimes has an eighth day. This is intentional.
On the last (eighth) day, you can plan and start your new fasting week. This helps:
- Avoid large gaps between weeks
- Ensure your new week always starts on the same day (for example, Sunday)
In other words, the eighth day is a transition day that lets your new week begin immediately after the current one, keeping your fasting schedule consistent.
