Your data and entries are automatically saved on our servers. It does not matter which device you used to enter the data. As long as you log in with the same user account, you can access your fasting plan at any time.
⚠️ Important
To sync your data across devices or restore it later, you need to use a registered account (email and password). If you are using the app anonymously, your data cannot be transferred to another device.

If you want to use several devices at the same time, this is no problem. Your data and entries will be synchronized between the two devices. Please note that you may have to close the app completely once and then reopen it so that the updates are displayed.
If you buy a new smartphone or tablet, you don't need to do anything to back up the data. Simply log in again on the new device with your user data.
