Intermittent Fasting involves a permanent change in nutrition and lifestyle. You can thus participate in our fasting programme for an unlimited time.
In the beginning, however, some side-effects may occur:
Initial discomfort, severe hunger, headaches and circulation problems.
If you experience these side-effects, we would recommend you to reduce the length of your fasting periods. Usually, the symptoms disappear by themselves after a couple of days. If the side-effects do not disappear after a few days, take a break from fasting.
