I finished my 1st week and all of a sudden , today, I went to my app and all my info was gone. Before when I went to my app, it went straight to where I was the day before. Today, it made me sign in, my last week was gone, my starting weight was gone and now only asks for my weight in kg when it was originally in lbs. It won't even offer the lb. Only kg. I've paid for the next 3 months and if this is any indication, I'll be canceling. Please advise!
