Fasting times

So I was doing the 16:8 for 5 days and decided to switch over to the coach. Now my fasting times vary all through the next week. Some days I eat breakfast and others I don’t. My goal is to lose weight as quickly as possible. Is changing the time of the fasting plans the best way or would I be better sticking to the standard 16:8 plan or even 18:4? Thank you!

Hi Stephanie, thanks for your request. It is better to vary fasting times, as this will prevent habituation effects and will keep your metabolism busy. However, if you feel like doing a standard plan you can do that from time to time.
