Coach subscription failed error code 6

Hi there, tried to subscribe 3 months today and keeps failing error code 6. Have also emailed a screenshot. Am keen to try the coach, can you help?

I have a 3 months subscription still current ending in Sept 21 2021 but the app is asking me to subscribe again. It also closed all the coaching articles I was reading up till yesterday. What is happening ?
Hi I just registered myself as a new person I did the payment for the coach but the payment is not reflected in the app please help me out with this issue.

Could you please try the following and try again after each step:
 + Close the app completely. Restart your phone + Uninstall and reinstall the app
 If the problem still occurs, please contact us again and we'll have a look at it.
