If you purchased BodyFast via our website but skipped the account registration step, your subscription is not linked to any email address yet. This means the app cannot recognize your email, and you won’t be able to log in.
Normally, after a purchase, you have to create a BodyFast account and set your login credentials. If this step was skipped, your subscription exists, but it isn’t associated with an account.
How to solve this:
- Check for any email communication you received from BodyFast. If no account was created after purchase, we usually indicate that in the follow-up emails and provide the option to create your account now.
- Or contact our Customer Support for help completing registration.
Once your account is created, your subscription will be linked, and you’ll have full access to all app features.
