If you receive an error message saying that your email address and/or password is incorrect, the issue is usually related to your login details.

- Make sure you entered your email address and password correctly.
- Typos or accidental spaces are very common.
- Ensure youâre using the same email address you registered with.
đ Reset your password
If youâre still unable to log in, you can request a new password:
- Open the BodyFast app.
- Tap Login on the start screen.
- Select Forgot password.
- Enter your email address.
- Follow the instructions in the password reset email.
