Directly transferring a subscription between the Apple App Store and Google Play Store is not possible due to technical restrictions between the platforms. However, we can help you find a solution!
Switching from Android to iPhone
If you previously used an Android device and switch to an iPhone, your subscription was purchased via the Google Play Store and cannot be directly transferred to Apple App Store.
In this case, we can help you cancel your Google subscription so you can purchase a new Coach subscription for iOS.
Your fasting data and progress will remain as long as you log in with the same email address on your new device.

Switching from iPhone to Android
When switching from iOS to Android, there are two possible options:
- If purchased less than 14 days ago, request a refund from Apple here. Then, purchase a new subscription on Android.
- If the refund period has expired, contact our support team. We will manually activate a new subscription for your Android device.
⚠️ Important: You are responsible for cancelling your old Apple subscription manually in your iPhone settings. BodyFast cannot cancel App Store subscriptions for you. If not cancelled, Apple will continue to charge you.
Please note that your data will only transfer to your new phone if you log in with the same account you used on your previous device.
