⚠️ Before you begin: Make sure you are logged into the account linked to your purchase. If you can't remember your credentials, check out this article or contact support.

🌐 Website subscription
If you subscribed via our website (e.g., through social media ads), our support team handles your request directly.
Please send an email to info@bodyfast.app with the following details:
- The email address used during payment (kindly check your inbox for a BodyFast payment receipt)
- The email address registered in the BodyFast app
- Your App User ID (found in the app settings: "Me" tab → gear icon → copy the long combination of letters + numbers at the bottom)
Here's how to find it within the app:
🤖 Google Play Store (Android)
Refunds for Android purchases are managed by Google. Please follow Google's instructions on their refund support page.
👉🏼 If Google's review does not resolve your case, reach out to us at info@bodyfast.app with your Google Play email address and/or your GPA order number (found on your Google receipt). We'll be happy to take a closer look.
🍎 Apple App Store (iPhone/iPad)
For subscriptions purchased via Apple App Store:
- Go to Apple's "Report a Problem" page
- Sign in with your Apple ID.
- Select "I'd like to request a refund" and follow the steps.
If you need more information about your account or face any issues, contact Apple Support.
⚠️ Important: Apple manages all financial transactions strictly. BodyFast cannot issue refunds for Apple purchases directly.
