The available portion sizes are fixed and designed to make tracking quick and simple. You can choose from the following amounts:
Liters (metric units)
- 0.1 L
- 0.2 L
- 0.3 L
- 0.5 L
- 1 L
Ounces (imperial units)
- 3 oz
- 8 oz
- 14 oz
- 16 oz
- 20 oz
If the exact amount you drank is not available, you can simply select the closest option or combine multiple entries to match your intake.
⚠️ Note: Water intake data is not saved across days and resets automatically at midnight.
