You can delete old weight entries by going to the "Me" tab, tapping "+ Weight," and then "All Measurements." There, you can select and delete or adjust the desired weight entry.
If you’d like to adjust your goal weight, visit “Personal data” in the app settings (⚙️ icon in the top right of the “Me” tab).
To delete an entire fasting week from your history, follow these steps:
- Open the "Me" tab and select "Plan history".
- Tap the relevant week to open its details.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete week".
- Confirm by tapping "Ok, delete" in the prompt.
The selected week, along with its fasting times and ratings, will be permanently removed from your history.
⚠️ Note: This action cannot be undone. Once a week has been deleted, it cannot be restored.
