At the start of the week, there can be a gap in the very first week. You can close this gap by finishing the current week on time (possible 24 hours before the end of the plan). This will merge the new week with the end of your current week and the gap will disappear. If you haven’t finished the current week on time and then start a new week, the gap will appear again. But don’t panic! Simply add a fasting period in the gap period and then follow the new fasting plan as usual.
