Of course, you can change the standard plans or the plans created by the BodyFast Coach and adapt them to specific events in your life. However, make sure to stay as close as possible to the original plans, as these (especially the coach-created plans) are optimally tailored to you.
Before or during the fasting week, you can easily adjust the fasting times. If you want to add an additional fasting period, tap on "Edit times" and then on "Add fasting time." Fasting periods can also be easily moved. Just tap on "Edit times" again. Then select the fasting period you want to extend or shorten and adjust the time using the "+" and "-" buttons.
Additionally, you can specify your meal times in the settings so the app and coach can better adjust to your habits.
Coach users also have the option to choose a "joker day" each week when no fasting is required. However, the week will be extended by one day to ensure that all fasting times in the program are met and the positive effects occur.
