In the beginning, it may happen that the Coach suggests a plan that seems too difficult or too easy for you.
This is because the BodyFast Coach hasn't gathered enough information about you and your progress yet. In this case, you have the option to manually adjust the times in your plan. As a Coach user, you can also cancel the current week and rate it as too easy or too difficult. Based on this information, the Coach will then suggest a weekly plan that better suits your needs.
If you're using the free version of the app and are dissatisfied with the chosen standard plan, you can select another one of the free standard plans.
