Is there a new update of our app in the Google Play Store, Apple App Store, or Huawei AppGallery? – If yes, please install it.
If these steps don’t solve the issue, try the following:

Completely close the app

Restart your device

Log out of BodyFast and log in again with your email and password

Uninstall and reinstall the app
