Normally, it should be possible to use BodyFast on two devices at the same time (e.g., iPhone and iPad). If you experience synchronization issues, please check the following:

Are you logged in with the same email address on both devices (both in the app and in your iCloud account)? If not, log out on the relevant device and tap "I already have an account" on the start screen.

If your data hasn't synchronized despite using the same account on both devices, log out of the app on both devices, restart the devices, and log back in on both.

If your Coach subscription is only active on one device, ensure you're using the same App Store or Google Play account on both devices.
