⚠️ Important: Deleting the BodyFast app or your BodyFast account does not automatically cancel your subscription. You must follow the steps below based on where you purchased.
👀 Where did you purchase?
💡 Good to know
- Full Access: You keep all Coach features until your current billing period ends.
- Timing: To avoid renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before the next billing date.
🌐 Website subscription
If you signed up through the BodyFast website (e.g., via the Intermittent Fasting Quiz):
- Open the BodyFast app and go to the "Me" tab.
- Tap the gear icon to open settings.
- Scroll down and tap "Manage subscription". You will be able to manage your subscription from there.
For older PayPal subscriptions (before December 2023), you can cancel directly via PayPal Autopay.
❗ Note: If "Manage subscription" is missing, you are likely logged into the wrong account. Log out and log in with the account linked to your subscription via "I already have an account". Here you can find more information.
🤖 Subscription via Google Play
If you purchased via Google Play, you must cancel directly through Google:
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap your profile icon (top right).
- Tap Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
- Select BodyFast and tap Cancel subscription.
Or follow the instructions as described on Google Play Subscriptions.
❗ If your subscription is not listed on Google Play, you may have purchased via the website. Scroll up and follow the Website subscription steps instead.
🍎 Subscription via Apple App Store
If you purchased via Apple App Store, cancellation must be done through Apple:
- Open your iPhone/iPad Settings.
- Tap your Name/Apple ID at the very top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Select BodyFast and tap Cancel.
Or follow the steps directly in your Apple Account Subscription Settings.
❗ If your subscription is not visible in the App Store, you may have purchased via the website. Scroll up and follow the Website subscription steps instead.
