In order to update BodyFast to the latest version:

iOS:

+ Visit the App Store
+ Tap on "Updates" (bottom right)
+ Scroll to the BodyFast app and tap on "Update"
+ BodyFast will be updated now

Android:

+ Visit the Google Play Store
+ Tap on the menu, then tap on "My Apps and Games"
+ Scroll to the BodyFast app and tap on "Update"
+ BodyFast will be updated now

Huawei:
