If your BodyFast Coach is not active after subscribing, there are a few common reasons and easy fixes.
1. Your current week is still active
The Coach can only start when you begin a new fasting week.
To activate it:
- Finish your current week or
- Abort your current week (see How can I abort a week?)
Then go to the plan overview and start a Coach program.
2. You’re not logged in with the correct account
If the Coach is still not active, you may be logged in with a different account than the one used for the purchase.
Please make sure that you are logged in with the same email address you used to subscribe. Further help can be found in this help article.

What happens after activation?
Once activated, the Coach will:
- Create personalized weekly fasting plans based on your goals and progress
- Provide weekly challenges tailored to your routine
- Give you access to additional fasting plans and features like Joker Days, 100+ recipes, SOS support, and more
A good 'test' to see whether the Coach is active for you is to navigate to the recipes and see if they are all unlocked for you.
