If you prefer to follow a standard plan instead of a variable, coach-calculated week, it's no problem.

Instead of starting a coach week (large orange button in the fasting tab), you select one of the large green buttons below.

The first button offers standard plans like 16-8 and 5-2.

The other buttons offer many different plans you can try. Some focus on "weight loss", others on "health", "detox", or "cell repair".

As a Coach subscriber, you'll also be offered individual challenges with manually selected plans, which you can, if desired, replace.
Note: Please remember that you need to cancel or let your current Coach week expire to access the plan overview.
