The BodyFast Coach calculates your ideal weekly fasting plan with matching weekly challenges based on your goals and progress. However, at the beginning, the Coach doesn’t know you very well yet (as the algorithm has limited data), so you might be dissatisfied with the suggested plan.
But no worries! If you're not happy with a week, you have the following options:

You can adjust the fasting times before or during the week to better suit your schedule.

If a specific day doesn’t work for you, you can insert a joker day when you don’t have to fast.

You can cancel the week early and rate it as unsuitable. You’ll then receive a new, better-fitting week. If that one doesn’t suit you either, you can repeat the process.

Alternatively, you can choose from over 50 standardized fasting plans. These plans can be selected manually after your current week ends. The Coach will still provide you with fitting weekly challenges.
We still highly encourage you to stick with the Coach plan. At first glance, it might seem more challenging than it turns out to be – and you’ll be even more proud of yourself after completing it!
