Yes, you can adjust your challenges if they don’t fit your current situation.
Challenges are part of your personalized Coach plan and are suggested at the beginning of each week based on your goals, progress, and ratings.
How to change challenges
Before starting a new week, you can:
❌ Remove challenges by tapping the delete (trash) icon
➕ Add new challenges by selecting “Add challenges” at the bottom
🔁 Swap or repeat challenges from previous weeks
Each challenge includes a short description to help you choose what fits best.
What happens during the week?
Once your week has started, you’ll see two types of challenges in your Coach Feed tab:
- Daily challenges → You check them off each day when completed
- Weekly challenges → Completed automatically at the end of the week
Some challenges unlock over time as advanced versions, so you can gradually improve.
Should I change all challenges?
You can adjust your challenges, but we recommend not changing all of them.
The BodyFast Coach selects challenges tailored to your progress and goals, so keeping them helps you get the best results. Over time, you’ll notice how they support your routine and development.
💡 Tip: At the end of each week, you can rate your challenges. This helps the Coach improve future recommendations and better match your level.
