Hi Karan, thanks for your comment. Drinking much water is helpful. In your eting periods you might also calm your cravings by eating sweet fruit like banana or grapes or dates. Those contain quite much sugar but are a way healthier alternative to candies, chocolate bars etc. You might also try low carb cakes. There are plenty of healthy alternaties to normal sweets and the internet is full of interesting recipes. :)
