Password issue

You say password doesn’t match but won’t let me change it . Don’t think I’m ive got the app as can’t access menu

Thank you for your message! 

Please follow my steps to log into your correct account: 
1) Click on the "Me" tab at the bottom
2) Click on the little gear symbol at the top
3) Now you have to scroll all the way to the bottom and then tab on "log out".
4) Next you will be prompted with the option to log out or "register" your account (if you have logged in anonymously). 

Since you already have an account with this email address, please click "Log out" again instead of "Register now".
You will then go to the starting page of the app. At the bottom you will see "I already have an account". From there you will be able to log in with your already existing account or request a new password.

​If you have subscribed to the Coach on the same device, the Coach should automatically be activated once you log in with your existing account.
