Hi Lana, thanks for your post.
Could you please try the following and try again after each step:
+ Close the app completely. Restart your phone + Uninstall and reinstall the app
If the problem still occurs, please contact us again and we'll have a look at it.
I have a 3 months subscription still current ending in Sept 21 2021 but the app is asking me to subscribe again.
It also closed all the coaching articles I was reading up till yesterday.
What is happening ?

Hi I just registered myself as a new person I did the payment for the coach but the payment is not reflected in the app please help me out with this issue.
