This problem can have different causes.

1. Please check if you entered your e-mail address correctly in order to prevent spelling mistakes. Also, make sure that you entered the right email address.
2. Did you sign up anonymously or via Facebook? In this case, the password can't be reset, unfortunately, since none was set up. If this is the case, you will have to create a new account.
3. The e-mail with your new password may be in the spam folder of your e-mail inbox. Please check this.
4. There is often a delay in transmission on the part of the mail provider, so that the link to reset the password has already expired after receipt. Please re-request the password and visit your inbox via a browser instead of the mail provider's app, then it should work.
