Fiz meu cadastro no dia 26 e no mesmo momento solicitei o cancelamento. Porém não fui informada da execução do cancelamento.

I need to get a refund...pls tell me how I can get the refund. I have already cancelled my subscription on Google play. That ends in Oct. But I am not happy with this app so need a refund on the payment I made last week.
