Monthly subscription

Is it really a monthly payment or is it an annual payment because when I go to pay monthly the price of the whole year pops up?

The app pricing varies depending on the plan you choose (3/6/12 months). 

Our coach subscriptions cannot be paid on a monthly or weekly basis, unfortunately. You will be charged with the total amount at the beginning of your subscription.

Please cancel my subscription
Paid for subscription but can't access Coach in the app. I've verified that I'm signed in with the same email address.

Hi Sharon, thanks for your request.

To activate the Coach, you have to cancel the current fasting week or  wait for it to end. Then you can start a Coach week in the left tab.  These weeks will be individually calculated based on your progress and  goals. Additionally, the Coach will give you weekly health challenges  which lead to a healthier lifestyle. You may also manually choose between 50 different week plans as a Coach user.

My current week ended yesterday, so I didn't need to cancel it. When I click on a Coach program, it shows me payment levels.
Hello I paid for my subscription and it is asking me to pay again
